Built inside the original 1903 brewhouse. Hall A is the German-era mash house; Hall B is the production line that still runs today. Admission includes a glass of unfiltered yuanjiang — it has a seven-day shelf life and you cannot get it outside Qingdao — plus a glass of draft. You exit straight onto Beer Street.
