Designed by MAD Architects and opened in 2024 on a small artificial island off Century Park. The building is a concrete shell without right angles, punctured by round openings that the wind passes through; inside are reading rooms. Free entry but booked in advance, closed Mondays. Century Bridge and Haikou Bay are next door.
