At 450 m, the tallest building in Jiangsu and one of the tallest in China when it topped out in 2010. The form borrows from Nanjing's Dragon Boat Festival traditions, tapering in tiers like a dragon's spine. The observation deck and the InterContinental lobby on floors 45–46 give you the whole city — Xuanwu Lake on one side, the walled old town on the other.
