At 333 m the tallest building in Changzhou, with a faceted white shaft that narrows as it rises and a broadcast mast on top. After dark the LED skin runs full-height patterns and the tower becomes the anchor of the eastern skyline — best viewed from the plaza below rather than from a distance.
